Warranty Policy

Swaim Studios only recognizes purchases of Swaim products through authorized Swaim Studios website. Swaim Studios stands behind all materials and workmanship for a period of three years from the date of purchase. Frames carry a lifetime limited warranty against defects. Proper usage and care must be evident for a claim to be considered. Deterioration from normal use will not be covered. Swaim Studios warranty will only cover replacement of materials deemed defective.

All fabrics supplied are from a third party and any defects will fall under the mill's warranty. Defects or damages resulting in negligence, misuse, accidents or abnormal use including but not limited to: dents, nicks, stains or disassembly are not covered under warranty.

Pilling of fabric is a normal wearing process and is not a defect.

Finishes and stains applied to wood surfaces require special care to be maintained. Please see CARE INSTRUCTIONS.

Any furniture that has been modified from its original state including installation of third party legs or fabric, and alteration to the structure and/or material of the furniture is not covered.

Swaim Studios furniture is intended for residential use. Any commercial application is not covered under this warranty.
