Swaim Studios' Furniture Policy

Please review the following Swaim Studios agreement before making your purchase. By purchasing Swaim Studios furniture, you agree to all Swaim Studios purchasing terms. Swaim Studios furniture is final sale. No returns are permitted.
It is the customer’s responsibility to accurately measure their space and account for furniture sizing before placing their order. All furniture specifications can be found under the Design Details on the product page. Our customer service team will answer any additional questions.
All furniture is inspected upon completion of production by our Quality Control Department and again before it is packaged. Additionally, pictures are taken of each piece before it is packaged. Please inspect each piece upon arrival and notify Swaim Studios of any damage within 48 hours of delivery. If there is no damage upon receipt, the receiver will be asked to sign for the order before the driver leaves.
Swaim Studios is not responsible for any damage to orders delivered to a location that varies from the physical address of where the furniture will be placed. If delivered to a third-party warehouse or needs to be moved after the piece has been placed and signed for, you accept all responsibility.
Swaim Studios reserves the right to have any damaged pieces repaired. Should the piece not be able to be repaired, Swaim Studios will work with you to get resolution on the damaged product.
Most of our larger furniture pieces are delivered via a third-party delivery service with a delivery transit time of 2-6 weeks. Swaim Studios will send a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped with tracking information. Please note that we are unable to hold any furniture items for delivery at a later date. We kindly ask that you be ready to accept delivery at the time you place your order.
Standard Swaim Studios shipping areas are:
Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia.
